FaceTime Communications Meets Customer Demand through Expanded Channel Partner Program for Premier Messaging, Collaboration IT and Security Resellers

Instant Messaging Pioneer Extends Reach through Reseller and Solution Provider Channels with Latest IM Security, Management and Control Solutions

FOSTER CITY, Calif.-July 21, 2003 -- Building upon over four years of experience delivering security, management and control solutions for instant messaging and other forms of real-time communications in the enterprise, FaceTime Communications today announced a new partnership program for premier resellers and solution providers to extend the reach of FaceTime's newest product offerings through channel partners to meet increasing customer demand in a variety of industries. The FaceTime Channel Partner Program is designed to enable leading resellers and system integrators in the messaging, collaboration and security markets to expand their solution offerings by incorporating FaceTime's products for the security, management and control of real-time communications, such as IM and P2P.

FaceTime's enterprise IM management suite of solutions enables IT organizations to apply standard business use policies to all diverse methods of real-time communications on any public, private or enterprise network. The management and control capabilities of the company's industry-leading IMAuditor enable resellers to provide customers governed by SEC, NASD and other regulatory bodies with additional, industry-standard compliance protection. FaceTime's newest security product also enable enterprises to block the use of P2P networks, protecting businesses from legal and network security threats.

FaceTime will certify authorized resellers to sell, deploy and support FaceTime's IM solutions for specific vertical markets. A dedicated Strategic Alliances team will provide resellers with sales, marketing, and support assistance for mutual success. Partners participating in the reseller channel program benefit from for pre- and post-sales technical support; an extensive lead sharing program; active participation in a collaborative marketing program; marketing development funds; portal access for up-to-date product information; and extensive product and sales training conducted quarterly in-person and via the Web. Through select Channel Partner Program resellers, customers will receive first-line customer support from a certified technical support staff.
