With the addition of Christopher Dean's proven experience and Geoffrey Moore's guidance, we are taking the company to the next level in executing on our vision."

With nearly two decades of technology and finance experience, Christopher S. Dean will focus on driving FaceTime's marketing and business development strategies. He will be directly responsible for expanding FaceTime's enterprise market strategy and building upon the company's leadership in the enterprise instant messaging marketplace. At business-to-business portal provider SmartAge.com (later B2SB Technologies), he negotiated over 40 strategic relationships, including those with AOL, AT&T and Bank of America.

While a senior consultant at Regis McKenna, Inc. (now the McKenna Group) and later at Dean Consulting, he lent marketing, sales and product strategy expertise to such Global 2000 organizations as Apple, IBM, Oracle and Adobe Systems. Dean holds an M.B.A. from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a B.A. in Economics from Vassar College.

"I've been closely watching FaceTime's rapid growth in the enterprise instant messaging industry with great interest," said newly-appointed FaceTime Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development Christopher S. Dean. "FaceTime is the clear market leader with the largest installed base of customers, highest revenue and most mature product line. The company has executed key partnerships with all of the world's leading instant messaging network providers, developed enterprise-class, real-time technology, and built an impressive base of blue chip customers during one the most challenging economic times. I am excited to join the FaceTime team to help accelerate the company's growth."

He is also a venture partner with Mohr, Davidow Ventures. Author of best sellers Crossing The Chasm and Inside the Tornado, and most recently Living on the Fault Line, Mr. Moore previously served as principal and partner at Regis McKenna, Inc. and in key executive roles at Rand Information Systems, Enhansys and Mitem.

The FaceTime advisory board consists of a myriad of industry leaders, each contributing specialized experience, leadership and strategic relationships to guide FaceTime through its next growth phase. The IM Director platform has been used to develop the company's suite of enterprise IM solutions used by enterprise customers worldwide, including the award-winning IMAuditor Enterprise.
