FaceTime Communications Announces Integration Of Award-Winning IMAuditor With IBM Lotus' New Sametime 3 Instant Messaging Solution
FaceTime and IBM Lotus Execute on Second Phase of Partnership Agreement
FOSTER CITY, Calif., October 1, 2002 -- FaceTime Communications, the premier

business, today announced that the company has integrated its award-winning
IMAuditor application with IBM's new Lotus Sametime 3 real-time collaboration
software. This integrated IM solution enables enterprise customers who use
Lotus Sametime to leverage the strength of
IMAuditor to centrally manage,
capture, store and supervise internal and external IM communications on the Sametime network. The result is improved information security management and
regulatory compliance for firms regulated by government agencies. Lotus

IMAuditor is installed in
more than 30 leading enterprises. With the integration of FaceTime's
