Strategic Alliance Manager/Director

Location:  Belmont, CA

Responsibilities

  • Be a focal point for day-to-day strategic partner project coordination.
  • Identify, develop and help close sales opportunities for new business through Strategic Alliances.
  • Be a focal point for day-to-day strategic partner sales & field resource coordination.
  • Effectively articulate the company’s value proposition to partners, including differentiators and market opportunity for our combined solution.
  • Build and maintain key partner relationships to further evangelize FaceTime products & market opportunity.
  • Define tools needed for marketing to deliver, review tools created and provide training/tools to assist partner organizations to aggressively evangelize FaceTime products.
  • Know current markets, market potentials, and keep current on changes that are taking place in these markets.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will be able to mange multi-faceted corporate relationships, use diplomacy skills to move our initiatives forward, be able to be jump-in-and-make-it-happen and creatively leverage resources to achieve goals. In addition, the candidate should have an established track record of selling and leveraging partner relationships to increase sales. The candidate needs to be able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with high level of enthusiasm for growing the business and have the:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and use good judgment in resolving complex issues, including escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Aptitude and desire to sell ideas and generate loyalty and performance in others.
  • Drive, flexibility, organization skills and strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills.

Education and Experience:

  • BS/BA degree
  • 5+ years of business development and/or partner relationship experience with sales track record.
