Marketing Programs Manager (Contract)

Location:  Belmont, CA

Description

FaceTime Communications is currently seeking a Marketing Programs Manager contractor with strong experience in developing, executing, and measuring lead generation programs. The marketing programs contractor will be integral to the corporate marketing team to help implement measurable and metrics-oriented lead generation programs in line with company objectives. This is a 3+ month contract position with an estimated time commitment of 20 hours per week, but could expand to longer term or a permanent position if desired.

This is not an entry-level position. The right candidate will have previously held a marketing programs manager position or similar role. This position is about achieving on short term objectives effectively and efficiently. This position reports to the Director of Marketing Programs in North America and will work closely with global marketing team members.

Responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:

  • Developing and executing on lead generation programs, including those with channel and technology partners, from webinars to direct email, seminars, tradeshows and more
  • Measuring the effectiveness of programs and maintaining ongoing reporting
  • Managing creation of sales tools and collateral development including datasheets, white papers and case studies
  • Supporting social media initiatives including the corporate blog, Twitter, LinkedIn and other Web 2.0 technologies
  • Providing other marketing administrative functions as needed

Job Requirements:

  • BA/ BS with 7+ years of experience in marketing program management
  • Self-starter and creative thinker; ability to think strategically and act tactically
  • Works with a sense or urgency and can-do attitude, willing to do what it takes to get the job done
  • Track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines, responding to shifting priorities and dealing with some ambiguity in fast-paced environments
  • Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and email marketing tools, preferably Marketo
  • High-tech experience preferred
