Description
We are seeking a proven Channel Sales Manager with a history of closing business in large enterprise
accounts through global channel partners. This is a strategic position at FaceTime that is responsible
for generating and managing a large flow of opportunities from major partners and working with the FaceTime
and partner sales teams to drive the deals to closure. Success will be measured based on revenue generated.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Proactively building, qualifying and managing pipeline
- Providing accurate weekly forecasting
- The highest level of contact with the sales teams of our global channel partners to ensure we are driving
a large number of new opportunities on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Ensuring handoffs to sales teams are successful and driving the sale to closure
- Educating partner sales, product and marketing teams on our joint value proposition
- Collaborating with FaceTime business development, sales and marketing teams to facilitate new programs,
messages, campaigns, and offerings
- Ensuring reporting and communications both within FaceTime and partner organizations is frequent and
bi-directional
Required Skills
- Proven success in building successful relationships with global channel partners and driving new opportunities
and revenue
- High level of energy and strong work ethic to build mind share with global partnersv
- Work experience should include a minimum of 3 years in a channel sales or direct sales role
- An understanding of Unified Communications, Archiving or Web Security is a plus
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
